Thank you for your interest in our brand. We are always thrilled to expand our brand partnerships and welcome new stockists.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all stockists of House of Juniors products. Placing a wholesale order with House of Juniors is done so in recognition of the following Terms and Conditions.
We require all new wholesale account holders to read, sign and return this document to us. Once you have done so, you will be bound by our Terms and Conditions of wholesale, at all times, while holding a valid and current wholesale account with House of Juniors
Throughout the following wholesale Terms and Conditions, any reference to ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’ refers to House of Juniors. Any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to current and prospective wholesale account holders with House of Juniors
WHOLESALE APPROVAL
Any individual or business that wishes to place a wholesale order with House of Juniors must first be approved for a wholesale account. In order to gain approval, we require details from you, including your business or trading name address or URL of your retail or online outlet, contact details and any associated social media in your brand name. We also require proof of your business- either website or retail shop- by way of business license or some equivalent certification.
House of Juniors will make an assessment as to your eligibility for a wholesale account based on the information provided and on other criteria including, but not limited to: other products and brands stocked by your store, brand profile and physical proximity to other potential or confirmed House of Juniors wholesalers.
Once we have approved you, you will be granted a wholesale account then you will be able to place your first order with House of Juniors
Your approval will lapse if you fail to re-order for wholesale within any 3- month period. If this should occur, you may be required to complete the approval process again before you can place future wholesale orders.
We reserve the right to refuse wholesale service to any person, at any time, for any reason that we deem necessary or appropriate.
We also reserve the right to suspend or cancel your wholesale account without notice, or modify your wholesale rights if you have acted in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or with the House of Juniors brand.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
House of Juniors requires a minimum order of £500. Orders can be made up of any combination of items that you choose.
Our AW orders will have to be submitted by the 17th of March 2019
Your order will be delivered by June 25th 2019
WHOLESALE PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
There may be some products, including limited edition products or collections that will not be available for wholesale purchase. We reserve the right to exclude certain items from wholesale.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
All wholesale orders must be paid for in full before items are shipped. We do not allow partial payments or payment plans. If orders are not confirmed and paid for they may be cancelled and the desired stock may become unavailable.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
House of Juniors will calculate shipping on wholesale orders individually, based on the size and weight of your order as well as the destination. Your applicable shipping charge will be added to the order total.
Shipping times will vary based on your location. In general we ask domestic wholesale customers to allow at least 21 days for their order to arrive.
International customers should allow up to 30 days.
House of Juniors may also agree on a shipping date with customers, based on product/seasonal availability. This will be discussed at the time of order confirmation if applicable.
Please wait the recommended time before contacting us regarding your order.
House of Juniors will not action or follow up any missing orders until the prescribed timeframes have lapsed.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
House of Juniors will not be responsible for the payment of any customs levies, duties or taxes that may be associated with delivery of wholesale orders in your local country.
Wholesale customers are solely responsible for any such fees. We ask that you please make yourself aware of any possible fees before placing an order for wholesale.
WHOLESALE RETURNS
House of Juniors does not allow refunds or exchanges on items from wholesale orders simply for change of mind.
If you believe one or more of your items has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact House of Juniors and return the item to us within 10 days of receipt. Items that are deemed as having a manufacturing fault will be replaced.
When returning items, all products must be in new condition with all original tags and packaging attached. We encourage wholesalers to return items to us via a tracked method of postage. We will not be responsible for return postage costs or for items lost during shipping.
If we cannot provide you with the same item for exchange, in the case of faulty items, we will provide you with refund or wholesale credit.
SELLER AUTHORITY
Once you have been approved as a House of Juniors stockist, you can assume that you are able to sell our products from any shop front or online store that holds the same name and likeness as the original name you have applied with.
If you wish to sell from further, outlets, please advise us beforehand. We reserve the right to refuse selling from other outlets, and doing so without approval may result in the suspension or cancellation of your wholesale account.
RE-SALE PRICING
All House of Juniors products have an individual Recommended Retail Price (‘RRP’). This price denotes the encouraged retail value for any House of Juniors item. House of Juniors suggests that wholesale customers do not sell our products for more than 10% over this RRP amount. If you are an international trader, this encouraged RRP price will be the current currency conversion from GBP to your local currency.
House of Juniors products may only be sold for less than their RRP during specified sale or promotional periods in your boutique.
CANCELLATION OF WHOLESALE ORDERS
We are unable to accept cancellations on wholesale orders, once payment has been processed. Please ensure that you have selected the correct items and sizes in accordance with the needs of your boutique. We are always available to provide assistance if you are unsure about which items to order.
PROMOTIONAL AND MARKETING IMAGES
Wholesale account holders may be permitted to use images published by aHouse of Juniors on our website, social media or any other marketing materials, in the course of their own advertising- however, express consent from House of Juniors must first be obtained.
Please ensure that you contact us if you wish to use one or more of our images, and specify the platform and way in which you wish to use them. Any image approved must be published with some reference to House of Juniors and must only be used to promote our products in association with your store. We reserve the right to attach further conditions to the use of our images.
Failure to obtain consent for the use of marketing or advertising materials, which are the intellectual property of House of juniors may result in the suspension or cancellation of your wholesale account.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs and images created by House of Juniors are our copyright material and remain our intellectual property at all times.
By becoming a wholesaler, we are granting you a license to sell our products, however no rights to our products, designs, photographs, branding or otherwise will transfer during the wholesale relationship.
Any attempt to use our intellectual property in a manner outside of, or inconsistent with, these Terms and Conditions may result in suspension or cancellation of your wholesale account or further action being taken against you for copyright or any other relevant intellectual property infringement.
SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION OF WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your wholesale account in the following circumstances:
1. You have engaged in improper or prohibited trading practices including, but not limited to, selling House of Juniors products from an unauthorised outlet or using House of Juniors images, logos or any other intellectual property without permission, or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or our rights as intellectual property holders;
2. You have failed to adhere to our minimum order values or have not ordered within our specified re-order period;
3. You have failed to pay for orders or have attempted to cancel more than one order;
4. You have failed to advise us of a change to your selling practices, locations or any other material factor relevant to our wholesale approval process;
5. Contravention of any part of our Wholesale Terms and Conditions or any other circumstance that has occurred, which has rendered you unfit or inappropriate, by House of Juniors , to be an authorised seller representing our brand.
CHANGES TO WHOLESALE TERMS
House of Juniors reserves the right to make amendments to our wholesale terms at any time, without consequence. We will notify all current wholesale account holders if any changes do occur. We do not require express consent to any changes; your continued use of our wholesale service indicates your consent and acceptance.
